Cherry Creek is centrally located in Denver and has the city's highest concentration of premier, locally-owned stores, five boutique hotels, 65 restaurants, art galleries, fashion boutiques, home furnishings stores and a multitude of spas, salons and fitness studios nestled along charming tree-lined streets. The neighborhood is also home to the Ross-Cherry Creek local branch of the Denver Public Library. It has quaint parks such as Manley and Pulaski Parks, Bromwell Elementary school, and the bikeable Cherry Creek Trail, which winds its way directly downtown.
Some call the 16-block area known as Cherry Creek North, the "Beverly Hills of Colorado". You’ll find modern luxury townhomes, condos, and traditional ranch-style properties, although those are fewer to come by given the newer development in the area.
