Just east adjacent of Hilltop, the Crestmoor neighborhood features quant tree-lined and curvy streets with similar home styles as Hilltop. There is a special swim + tennis club within the neighborhood called Crestmoor Swimming and Tennis Club. Membership is open to all Denver residents, however they cap membership at 350 families per year with a one in and one out policy. Reinstatements, Children of Members, and residential owners of homes located in Crestmoor Filings I & II have priority.
Residents of Hilltop and Crestmoor enjoy convenient access to various amenities, including parks, schools, and shopping centers. Nearby Cranmer Park and Robinson Park, and a sundial plaza in Hilltop offer open green spaces and stunning views of the Rocky Mountains, making it a popular gathering spot for sports and locals. There's Crestmoor Park in Crestmoor, a popular park in the area, plus access to walking trails, tennis courts, and softball facilities. Additionally, these neighborhoods are in close proximity to Cherry Creek North, a high-end shopping district known for its boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries. For groceries, pop over to Pete’s Fruits & Vegetables. Pete Moutzouris has owned the shop since 1974. You’ll find fresh local produce, prepared foods, Greek specialties, plus an array of wine and pretty florals.
